1. Introduction
These terms govern your access to and use of STOQ, including our website, products, applications, content, and related services. By accessing or using the service, you agree to be bound by this Legal version. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.
2. Simple version and Legal version
The Simple version is a plain-language summary designed for convenience only. It is not a substitute for this Legal version. If the Simple version and Legal version conflict, the Legal version controls.
3. Eligibility and accounts
You may use the service only if you can legally enter into a binding agreement. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide, the security of your account credentials, and all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, abusive, or infringing activity. You must not attempt to interfere with the service, bypass security measures, scrape or copy protected content, reverse engineer the service, or use the service in a way that could damage STOQ, other users, or third parties.
5. User content
You retain ownership of content you submit to the service. You grant STOQ a limited license to host, process, transmit, display, and use that content only as needed to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the service. You represent that you have the rights necessary to submit the content and that it does not violate applicable law or third-party rights.

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, STOQ disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, STOQ will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
12. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the service if we reasonably believe you have violated these terms, created risk for STOQ or others, failed to pay applicable fees, or used the service unlawfully. You may stop using the service at any time.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify users or post the updated terms on this page. Your continued use of the service after changes become effective means you accept the updated terms.
